Located in Ogden, Utah Hutchison Neider, P.C., is a dedicated, aggressive and experienced criminal defense firm.  If you are looking for experience and know how you have come to the right place.

Camille L. Neider has practiced for over 21 years specializing in criminal work.  Camille started as a public defender in the new Utah County Public Defender’s Association and after a very short time, had the second most experience in the office.  As a public defender, Camille learned important lessons early in her career – how to handle a huge case load, how to do more with less and how vulnerable people accused of crimes can be. The experience in the PDA office was invaluable.  In 1998, Camille was hired by the Weber County Attorney’s Office and moved to Ogden.  With only 3 years of experience, Camille was hired as a felony prosecutor.  For 8 years, Camille handled every possible kind of case as a Deputy County Attorney.   Working for the County provided significant amounts of training and experience that is normally unavailable to defense attorneys.

John Blair Hutchison was an attorney specializing in criminal defense for 40 years.  John Blair represented thousands of criminal cases across the Wasatch front.

When John decided to retire in 2006, he wanted someone who would continue the legacy and build on his name and reputation.  John and Camille had several cases together– on opposite sides. Always professional and cordial, both John and Camille did their best regardless of the amount of work or level of difficulty.

Camille joined John in 2007 and Hutchison Neider, P.C. was established.  John and his wife Joan spent much of their time in Montana but John was always available and part of the firm until he passed in November 2014.  John’s legacy continues and Hutchison Neider, P.C. continues to fight for their clients in every way.
